It’s sad that another REALTOR would give a bad review because things didn’t go their way. I answered every call and email you sent. Unfortunately my client was dealing with a family emergency. Sorry I didn’t get your answers to you as fast as you would have liked. As you know the property was still listed and stilled being viewed by other agents and their clients. I was unaware that an application was being submitted until I got a response back from the company that process the applications. The application link was posted in the MLS and available for agents to share with their clients without having to ask for it. Once I made connection with my client I advised her of your questions and request and I also advised that an application came in and it was her choice to go the ready, willing and able tenant.
